Kyle's Journey

In 2017, after my divorce, and years of toxic relationship before that, I recognized that I was in a dark, low place and that since moving to America drinking had been a big part of socializing and feeling confident to make friends. I was overweight was not as fit as I had been in my twenties. And so I began making changes. More gym, better diet, less alcohol, and there was no question in my mind if I was ever going to revert back to that old self again. I was focused on my goal. And over time the results now speak for themselves.
The transformation that I have gone through has been (without exaggeration) exponential. It’s hard to share the real range in which my life has improved. Physically I am as fit as I have ever been, I put 100s of chapters and hours into mindset mastery and personal development, becoming a qualified coach, growing (and protecting) my family’s assets and cash flow through improved financial literacy.
What made me different? My grit? My desire to be more than I was? My drive to seek out more information and experiences that would help me achieve my fullest potential? Action. Consistent action.

I believe, on reflection, in the beginning it was courage that helped me make this transformation. Courage to say no to what no longer served me in a positive way. Courage to try and fail, be vulnerable and authentic. The courage to be the 1%. I chose hobbies and challenges that scared me, challenged my ego and self esteem. For example, to meet 1000 new people - sober. I became a male dancer for a few years that accelerated my need to be in good shape and develop confidence to showcase my body and dancing on stage. I got to explore who I was, what was important to me, what I wanted and how I could achieve it. And so, I want to help men find that inner fire that I was able to tap into. I want my story to reassure you that transforming your life is possible, being intentional everyday may seem like a steep mountain to climb but I am here to help you overcome it.

I'm from Madera, California, and I grew updirt poor-but what set me apart was myathletic ability. I used that gift to earn a full-ride football scholarship, which took mefrom the West Coast all the way to the East Coast in pursuit of my football dreams. Butwhen football ended, I found myself lost. My entire identity had been wrapped up inbeing an athlete, and without the game, didn't know who I was. I was over 350lbs and lost.
That's when I met Kyle at the gym. He changed my perspective and helped me realize I was more than just a football player. I went through three-month transformation-losing over 100 pounds, rediscovering my faith, and unlocking new opportunities through powerful connections. That journey became the foundation for who am today.
